Service Description
Sister Circle & Yoga offers the yin and yang of healing: collective support and individual restoration. We begin in “The Circle”. The Sister Circle & Yoga is inspired by Indigenous Peoples’ long-standing custom of gathering in Community Circles as a way to share, reflect, and heal. Through guided journaling and open, structured sharing, you’ll be invited to connect deeply before shifting into a beginner-friendly yoga practice, including Yoga Nidra (a guided deep relaxation practice that supports subconscious brain rewiring), led by Jasmin. Together, the Circle and the mat invite you to release, integrate, and remember you are not alone. In this two-hour practice, you will experience the following: - A sacred, supportive Circle where women gather to pause, reflect, and heal together - Intentionally crafted questions that spark deep self-reflection and meaningful journaling - Open sharing that reminds you you’re seen, heard, and not alone - Gentle, beginner-friendly yoga and somatic movement to release what the body has been holding - Nervous system regulation practices that calm, ground, and restore balance - Using yoga to ground and embody the insights that surfaced in the Circle - Yoga Nidra, a guided deep relaxation practice that supports subconscious brain rewiring and pattern release - The yin and yang of healing: collective connection and individual restoration - A sense of belonging that counters today’s loneliness epidemic with real human connection Learn more about Sister Circle & Yoga here: https://bit.ly/3IDu3Ns
