Cancellations & Refunds


  • Online payment for classes must be received prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your space.

  • For classes and workshops, we accept prior payment online, no cash is kept at the premises.

  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours to class start time will not be refunded. Some cancellations may be credited based on circumstance. 

  • Class Packs: If you have a class pack and cancel a class with less than 12 hours notice or do not show up to your scheduled class, you will forfeit one class from your pack.

  • Memberships: Students with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class more than twice in 7 days without prior cancellation will have their membership status reviewed.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows apply to all memberships including the New Student Special.

  • Cancellations earlier than the required cancellation time (12 hours) for Single Class purchases will receive a credit towards a future class.

  • Cancellations earlier than the required cancellation time (12 hours) for Memberships, 5-Class Pack, and 10- Class Pack will have no penalty.

  • Private classes need to be canceled a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

  • Students are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the class start time to have time to settle in and arrive. This will ensure a peaceful session for all.

  • Memberships can be canceled by emailing us at You must provide two weeks’ notice prior to your next payment date for cancellation of membership. 

  • Membership payment must be paid irrespective of whether or not the member has attended a yoga class. 

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • You can freeze your membership for a period of a maximum of 1 month within the 3-month period. You must provide a minimum of 14 days' notice by emailing and the time frozen will be added to your membership duration.

  • One-off purchases such as class packs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within the expiry date provided when you make the initial purchase.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. No refunds are given for lowered prices, the same as we will not ask you to pay more for an increased price after your payment is received.

  • Workshops, courses, programs, and events must be canceled a minimum of 14 days prior to the date to receive a full refund, partial refunds will be given up to three days of the event.

Waiting List

If a specific class is fully booked, students will have the option to sign-up for the class’s waiting list. When a space becomes available, the first student on the waiting list will be sent a notification to sign-up for the class. If additional spaces become available or if the first person on the waiting list can no longer attend the class, the booking system will notify others on the waiting list. The student will need to confirm they wish to attend by replying to the notification email to guarantee their space. If a confirmation is not received prior to the start of class, the studio cannot guarantee the availability of the space. Once the space has been confirmed, our booking terms apply.

Class Changes, Substitutions & Change of Teacher

Classes may be canceled by the studio, teachers may be substituted, and class days/times may be altered. If the studio makes any changes, students will be notified and given an option for class credit.


Retail Refunds

Returned merchandise, excluding used or opened products/packaging, will be fully refunded if returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.

Class Pack Expiration

Class Packs cannot be extended beyond their expiration date. If there is credit remaining on a Class Pass and it expires, the credit will no longer be valid. Please email if you have an extraneous circumstance.
