Myna Vinyasa, our signature class, is known for its dynamically sequenced flow that unites movement with breath, body, and spirit. Each unique practice attends to the whole person. This practice will guide you through a moderately paced series of asanas (postures), inquiries, and readings to engender personal transformation. Adjustments and modifications are offered. All levels are welcome.
